Geek 2 Geek Guarantee Program Rules

We know you'll meet tons of great people during your 6-month subscription with us. But, if you don't find someone special during that time, we'll give you an ADDITIONAL 6 months to continue your search. Check out the rules below, then get out there and start connecting today!

Under the Gk2gk.com Geek 2 Geek Guarantee Program, (the "Geek 2 Geek Program" or the "Program") if you don't find someone special during a qualifying six-month paid subscription to the Gk2gk.com service, we'll give you an additional six-month subscription (the "Geek 2 Geek Extension") to the Gk2gk.com service at no additional expense. See Gk2gk.com Terms of Use for details regarding the Gk2gk.com service and use of the Gk2gk.com website.

The Geek 2 Geek Program is available through June 30, 2009, and open to anyone not currently participating in the Program. Additionally, to be eligible for the Program and the Geek 2 Geek Extension, you must:

(1) Comply at all times with the Gk2gk.com Terms of Use. By using the Gk2gk.com website and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the Gk2gk.com Terms of Use.

(2) Pay in full the applicable rate for a six-month subscription to the Gk2gk.com service (the "Geek 2 Geek Subscription"). The Geek 2 Geek Subscription consists of six consecutive calendar months, beginning on the first day of your payment, all of which are referred to as a "Month" in these Program rules.

(3) Use your Geek 2 Geek Subscription in conjunction with your Portrait with a primary photo. Your Portrait and primary photo must be approved by Gk2gk.com within the first seven days of your Geek 2 Geek Subscription in order for you to be eligible for the Geek 2 Geek Program.

(4) Keep your Portrait with primary photo visible at all time during your Geek 2 Geek Subscription.

(5) Communicate during your Geek 2 Geek Subscription with other Gk2gk.com members with whom you have not previously ("Unique Gk2gk.com members").

(6) Send a "Qualifying Email" to a minimum of three other Unique Gk2gk.com members each Month during your Geek 2 Geek Subscription. A "Qualifying Email" may be one you send to a Unique Gk2gk.com member who has not yet emailed you or an email response you send to a Unique Gk2gk.com member who has emailed you. A "Qualifying Email" must be an email sent through the Gk2gk.com service and does not include any other method of communicating (such as Gk2gk.com winks, or emails sent outside of the Gk2gk.com system).

If, during the last seven days of a Geek 2 Geek Subscription, you are eligible for a Geek 2 Geek Extension (and have not met that "special someone"), you may accept the Geek 2 Geek Extension by notifying Geek 2 Geek that you have not met someone special during your Geek 2 Geek Subscription. You may also contact Geek 2 Geek with any questions related to the Gk2gk.com service or the Program. Gk2gk.com alone will make all decisions under these Program rules regarding Program policies, including but not limited to Program and Extension eligibility.

Customers eligible to receive a Geek 2 Geek Extension will not receive a refund, money or any other thing of value as a substitute for the Geek 2 Geek Extension. The Geek 2 Geek Extension may only be used by the purchaser of the Geek 2 Geek Subscription, and the Geek 2 Geek Extension may not be sold or transferred in any way.

The Gk2gk.com Terms of Use and the Geek 2 Geek Program Rules are subject to change by Gk2gk.com at any time, effective upon posting on the Gk2gk.com website, and your use of the Gk2gk.com service and your initial or continued participation in the Geek 2 Geek Program after such posting will constitute acceptance by you of such changes. Gk2gk.com reserves all rights to modify, suspend or cancel the Program at any time and without notice.
