I'm fun, very passionate about music, and my relationships with other people are what fulfill me most in life.
I'm kind of a media nerd in general- I love music, movies, games, books, all of it.
I'm really into technology and computers.
I really enjoy the outdoors (yay camping!), getting into some intelligent conversation, witty banter, and snuggles.
I have a thing for robots, zombies, and a soft spot for guys with a little scruff/beard, glasses and/or well-done, thoughtful tattoos. (any combination of those traits is delightful, too)
I am rather fond of the pacific NW.
I'm also a tad silly... life is too short to take *everything* seriously.
I am nerdy, witty, and intense
I just got out of a long term relationship in March, so not looking for anything serious at the moment. Just looking to date around and make new friends.
If something more develops, though- cool! :D
I went to school to be a high school History teacher, but instead I do computery stuff 'cause let's face it- I make more money, and there is more job security in technology. That and I have always had a knack and a passion for it.
I work for a really awesome webhosting company, with a pretty small team of awesome nerds in an industrial loft office space downtown. It's a sweet gig. I love my job.
I play my fair share of games in my spare time (everything from Magic the Gathering and other board & card games, to console and PC games, to pen & paper RPGs). I love to dance to good electronic music, go to shows to see good bands, sing karaoke (sing in general, really), read and chill with my cat, hang out with my awesome friends, get tattooed, play with computers, go camping... I've got a pretty sweet life.
My Match Description:
a good sense of humor is a must.
I tend to be attracted to geeks of the tattooed variety, I like the thick black-framed glasses, and am rather fond of some facial scruff... none of these are set-in-stone requirements however.
I'm attracted to independent, thoughtful, and laid-back people who still have some passionate and reckless moments.
There are so many facets to compatibility, and it's important to be able to connect on multiple levels.
gamers, history buffs, artists, music nuts, pop-culture genuises, tech geeks... I'm pretty open-minded when it comes to my "type", because I feel that most everyone has something worthwhile to offer.
